KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Kansas City water customers hampered by tight budgets at home will get some help paying their water and sewer bills.
The Kansas City Water Services Department has established a fund to help qualifying customers pay bills. The funding will be in place through April, 2010, but could be extended into next fiscal year if the program is determined to be a success.
