KANSAS CITY, Kan. - There's a new place to get free physical therapy assistance in the Kansas City metro.
JayDoc Free Clinic provides urgent and preventive care services to the uninsured and underserved.
JayDoc is operated by University of Kansas Medical Center students.
In addition to primary care, ophthalmology, diabetes and women's health services, JayDoc is now offering physical therapy rehabilitation.
With a doctor's referral, patients have access to a full range of rehabilitation options.
Physical therapy services are available from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. every other Tuesday and are also available by appointment.
