If you were one of the millions of Americans who bought a Baby Einstein DVD for your baby in the past five years, you can now get your money back.
The Walt Disney Company - the company which owns the line - is now offering full refunds - or $15.99 each - for up to four Baby Einstein DVDs purchased between June 5, 2004 and Sept. 4, 2009.
Many consumer protection groups say the move is an admission the DVDs don't actually make your baby smarter as was adamantly claimed in the advertisement of the DVDs.
Last year, lawyers threatened a class-action lawsuit for unfair and deceptive practices unless Disney agreed to offer full refunds for videos bought since 2004.
You don't have to have a receipt, and the refund offer's good through March.
