As the Post Office announces cutbacks due to major budget issues, one cell phone carrier is doing away with free billing of paper statements.

T-Mobile will begin charging for those paper statements in September.  The charge will show as "Paper Bill Charge" and it will cost you $1.50.   If you already get detailed billing, this fee will be in addition to that detailed bill charge.

The company encourages you to sign up for electronic billing because it saves you money and cuts down on waste.
