KANSAS CITY, Ks. - Customers who still have problems with Legend Suzuki say the dealership is closing its doors.

They said they can't get answers because the employees they need to talk to, no longer work there.

Call For Action went to the dealership Wendnesday.

We found a skeleton workforce.

However it did not appear to be business as usual.

But Call For Action found the doors are still open and the phones are being answered.

The dealership is not commenting on whether Legend Suzuki is being sold or if it's closing.

Call For Action checked with the Kansas Secretary of State and Department of Revenue.

Neither agency had record of a sale.

The Department of Revenue tells Call For Action it should be notified immediately.
