KANSAS CITY, Mo. - There are new developments in the Attorneys General lawsuits against Chad Franklin's businesses.
Franklin's attorneys have filed paperwork to move both cases to Federal Court.
Similar motions were made regarding the class action lawsuits.
The Missouri Attorney General says he has not seen the filing, but is aware of it and will respond appropriately.
