The Wyandotte County District Attorney is charging two juveniles with the arson. Since they are juveniles, we are not releasing their names. The 16 year olds are accused of setting fire to several cars at Chad Franklin's Kansas City, Kansas dealership in late August.

The charges are extensive including felonies and misdemeanors. The charges cover theft, burglary, and criminal damage to property.

Beside the Franklin arson, the District Attorney says these teens committed crimes at seven locations in Bonner Springs, Kan., over a seven month period.

Both teens are in jail Tuesday night.

Lenders have since taken over the Franklin dealership.
