With customers from all industries, large and small, Mail Print offers all the services needed under one roof to produce an attention-grabbing mailer. Danner says it starts with the copy writing, and goes forward from there.
“So we come up with the idea and message. We do the graphic layout. We help you determine who you want to target, who you want to mail to.”
Mail Print also addresses and mails the piece. That one-stop shopping helps keep costs down for their customers.
Customers have also come to count on their fast turnaround. “We have clients that need to get out the door before their competitor,” Danner says. “So the way we have built Mail Print is about speed, flexibility and redundancy.”
That means state of the art equipment and in some cases multiple pieces of the same printers. Their staff is also cross-trained. Danner says many have been with the company for years.
“And the really cool thing about our staff is they're all willing to get in and do whatever it takes to makes sure our client gets taken care of,” Danner says.
Direct mail is enjoying a big resurgence after spam filters and 'do not call' lists blocked other forms of advertising.
While it might sound expensive to some, Danner stands by direct mail and says no cost is too large or small if it brings in new business.
“The key is not so much what it costs, but what it brings in the door for you,” Danner says. “People think that advertising costs. What we do around here makes people money.”
Mail Print is also focused on being green. They've been certified by the Rain Forrest Alliance and Green Works for their recycling efforts and meeting standards to become a “sustainable printer.”
