CLEARWATER, Fla. – There’s a furry fugitive on the loose in Florida.
It’s a Rhesus monkey, and he was last spotted in Clearwater.
No one knows where the monkey came from or how long it has been on the run.
So far the monkey has evaded all attempts at capture, dodging tranquilizers and animal control traps.
The monkey also defends itself when threatened, throwing excrement when people get too close.
