OXFORD, Ohio - Call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.
Eighteen-year-old James Miller dressed as a breathalyzer for Halloween, only to be arrested on a DUI that same night.
Police say he was driving the wrong way on a one way street when he was pulled stopped by an officer.
Police say his blood alcohol level was nearly .16, which is nearly twice the legal limit.
He is also charged with underaged drinking.
