Job Title: Production Technician
Status: Part-time
Reports To: Production Manager

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES PERFORMED:

1. Assist in all phases of studio and field production including set-up and break-down of equipment as assigned by Production Manager.
2. Operation of various broadcast equipment including, but not limited to, but not limited to; cameras, teleprompter, character generators, audio boards, video switchers and videotape machines.
3. Ensure accurate audio and video levels applicable to broadcasting standards.
4. Perform other duties as directed by the Production Manager.

Requirements:
EDUCATION - Prefer college graduate.
EXPERIENCE - Prefer 2 years of related experience.
EQUIPMENT - Understanding of broadcasting equipment and terminology necessary.
SKILLS/ABILITIES - Must be a self-starter with desire to learn with or without supervision. Must be able to work varied hours including nights and weekends. Cooperative, the ability to work under pressure and short deadlines is essential.
